Automated Filling Line

As part of a $28 million expansion of our Lee, Massachusetts facility, we are adding a new isolator-based sterile filling line to further expand our aseptic manufacturing capabilities.

Next-Generation Automated Vial Filling

The new fully automated IMA Life filling line is designed specifically for Ready-To-Use (RTU) vials and will more than double our overall filling capacity.

Featuring advanced robotics, integrated non-destructive weight verification, and a state-of-the-art lyophilization system, the new line supports efficient production of batches up to 100,000 units while maintaining the highest standards of sterility assurance and product quality. The addition enhances our ability to support clients from clinical development through small- and mid-scale commercial manufacturing.
