Sterile Cartridge Filling

Sharp Sterile is proud to offer the flexibility to fill cartridges as well as vials and syringes on the same filling line. All filling activity operations occur under isolated conditions, giving you the ultimate sterility assurance for your product.

Cartridge filling capabilities:

Cartridge Filling Line Detail:

  • Container Sizes: 3 mL
  • Capacity: up to 35,000 cartridges/batch
  • Components: nested Glass or Polymer
  • Peristaltic or Rotary Piston
  • Fully isolated filling environments

Manual Filling Line

We offer isolator-based, manual pharmaceutical cartridge filling. This solution is excellent for pre-clinical or Phase I drug product lots of less than 2,000 units per batch.

Semi-Automated Cartridge Filling

Our semi-automated isolator-based filling line can process 3 mL cartridges up to lots of 35,000 units.
