Manual Filling Line

Our manual pharmaceutical filling line is perfect for early phase filling, particularly Phase 1 studies that require small lots of drug product. All drug product is filled within an isolator by operators.

Our services:

We can fill your product regardless of its complexity on this line in your container of choice. We are able to fill in vials, syringes, or cartridges with an option nitrogen headspace for oxygen-sensitive products. The line also has a peristaltic or piston pump option for high viscosity solutions.
