Semi-Automated Filling Line

Our semi-automated filling line is excellent for batches of up to 20,000 units. This line currently produces two commercial products. The line is entirely isolator-based and extremely flexible with some systems automated to limit operator involvement.

Our services:

We can fill your product regardless of its complexity on this line in your container of choice. We are able to fill in vials (either RTU or bulk), syringes, or cartridges with an option nitrogen headspace for oxygen-sensitive products. This line also has a small lyophilizer capable of processing up to 3,500 10R vials per batch. The line also has a peristaltic or piston pump option for high viscosity solutions.
